We provide free repair and/or exchange service to merchandise with manufacturer defects for a lifetime. No service will be provided to merchandise damaged by negligence. Particular merchandise may not be available for immediate exchange, allow approximate 5 weeks for product manufacturing. Depending on the situation there may be a shipping and handling charge , although we will let you know before this charge is processed.
