Greenwichjewellery.com allows 14 days from the date you receive the item for a no questions asked full refund. In order to return any item, you must return the item unused and with all original packaging. In order to return an item within 14 days of purchase you must contact our office by phone 905-943-7519, or outside of the 416/905 area at 1-888-565-7777, or by email returns@greenwichjewellery.com, at which time you will be issued a Return Authorization Number.
