At Greenwich, all of our jewellery comes with a Lifetime Warranty upon registering on our website (with the exception of fine jewellery). You will obtain your lifetime warranty as soon as you enter all of the relevant information and hit send!
Greenwich jewellery is designed and crafted to the highest standards of quality and perfection and carry our special unconditional guarantee against breakage, damage, defects, tarnishing and/or discolouration.
Any piece not meeting these standards will be replaced free of charge if purchased within 6 months. After 6 months from the date of purchase, you will be required to provide a $10 fee for shipping, handling and insurance purposes. Please note, if your item has been discontinued, we will replace it with a newer and similar piece.
- To keep your jewellery as beautiful as the day you first purchased it, clean your jewellery in warm water with one drop of liquid soap. Wear and clean your jewellery as you would your favourite outfit. Taking proper care of your jewellery ensures its longevity.
- Each piece is electro-plated in 18 karat gold or rhodium and we use only hypoallergenic material.
- Greenwich only uses fine fashion stones such as cubic zirconia and crystal.
- If you lose one of your Greenwich earrings, no problem! Simply send the one you have left back to the address below and you will receive a new pair absolutely FREE!
